For visa application, passports generally must remain valid for at least six months beyond the expiry date and contain at least two blank pages.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"in-item\">\n      <h4>Visa Assistance<\/h4>\n      <p>Where required, the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the host country counterpart, may provide supporting documentation to facilitate the visa application process.<\/p>\n      <p>Participants requiring such documentation should contact their CI focal point at the earliest opportunity.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"in-row\">\n      <div class=\"in-item\">\n        <h4>Arrival and Customs<\/h4>\n        <p>Upon arrival, participants should follow standard immigration and customs procedures, including completing any required arrival or customs declaration forms. Participants are responsible for complying with Kazakhstan\u2019s regulations regarding currency, medicines, and prohibited or restricted goods.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"in-item\">\n        <h4>Airport Transfers<\/h4>\n        <p>Participants for whom the CI is arranging airport transfers will receive the relevant details from their CI focal points in due course. Participants who do not receive confirmation of an airport transfer are kindly requested to make their own transportation arrangements between the airport and the hotel.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"in-block\">\n    <h3>Accommodation<\/h3>\n    <div class=\"in-rule\"><\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"in-item\">\n      <h4>Room Charges<\/h4>\n      <p>The CI will cover the room charges of eligible participants staying at the conference hotel, Rixos Almaty, in accordance with the CI\u2019s applicable rules and arrangements.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"in-item\">\n      <h4>Room Availability and Requests<\/h4>\n      <p>As room availability at the Rixos Almaty is limited, participants are kindly requested to register online. If accommodation at the conference hotel is unavailable, participants will be notified at the earliest opportunity. The CI will also assist in identifying nearby alternative hotels offering negotiated corporate rates.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"in-row\">\n      <div class=\"in-item\">\n        <h4>Check-in and Check-out<\/h4>\n        <p>Check-in from 14:00 onwards; check-out by 13:00.<\/p>\n        <p>For Forum participants staying at the Rixos Almaty, the hotel has kindly agreed to provide an additional one-hour allowance for both early check-in and late check-out, subject to room availability and the participant\u2019s travel schedule.<\/p>\n        <p>Check-in before 14:00 or check-out after 13:00 will be subject to the hotel\u2019s availability and applicable policies. Additional charges equivalent to a half-day or a full-day room rate may apply.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"in-item\">\n        <h4>Personal Expenses<\/h4>\n        <p>All incidental and personal expenses will be charged directly to the participant\u2019s account and will not be reimbursed by the CI. These expenses include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>Accommodation of extra accompanying guests<\/li>\n          <li>Telephone calls<\/li>\n          <li>Laundry services<\/li>\n          <li>Mini-bar and beverages<\/li>\n          <li>Room service<\/li>\n          <li>Snacks<\/li>\n          <li>Other personal expenses<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"in-block\">\n    <h3>Registration, Meals and Services<\/h3>\n    <div class=\"in-rule\"><\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"in-item\">\n      <h4>Registration Materials and Badges<\/h4>\n      <p>Meeting kits, Forum materials, and ID badges will be distributed at the Registration Desk on 2 November 2026. The CI does not cover medical treatment, hospitalization, evacuation, or personal liability costs beyond any emergency assistance that may be available at the venue.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"in-item\">\n      <h4>Safety and Security<\/h4>\n      <p>Participants are advised to:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Keep their passports, valuables, and personal belongings secure at all times.<\/li>\n        <li>Follow the instructions of Forum staff, volunteers, and security personnel, especially during transfers.<\/li>\n        <li>Familiarise themselves with the emergency exits and evacuation routes at the hotel and Forum venue.<\/li>\n        <li>Follow the instructions of hotel and security personnel in the event of a fire or other emergency.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"in-item\">\n      <h4>Dress Code<\/h4>\n      <p>The dress code for the Forum is business attire. Participants are encouraged to dress professionally and comfortably, taking into account the season and prevailing weather conditions in Almaty.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"in-block\">\n    <h3>Weather, Electricity and Connectivity<\/h3>\n    <div class=\"in-rule\"><\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"in-item\">\n      <h4>Weather<\/h4>\n      <p>Almaty experiences late-autumn weather in early November, with generally cold and changeable conditions. Historical November averages range from approximately \u22121 \u00b0C at night to 8 \u00b0C during the day, although colder temperatures may occur. Rain, sleet, or snow are possible.<\/p>\n      <p>Participants are advised to bring warm clothing, including a winter coat, sweater or fleece, gloves, a hat, and a scarf. Warm, non-slip footwear is also recommended for walking in wet, snowy or icy conditions. Hotels, restaurants, and meeting venues are generally heated.<\/p>\n      <p>Participants are encouraged to check the latest weather forecast shortly before traveling to Almaty.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"in-row\">\n      <div class=\"in-item\">\n        <h4>Electricity and Plugs<\/h4>\n        <p>Kazakhstan uses a 220-volt, 50-hertz electricity supply. Type C and Type F sockets, which have two round pins and are commonly used across continental Europe, are widely used.<\/p>\n        <p>Participants should:<\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>Confirm that their electronic devices are compatible with a 220-volt, 50-hertz supply.<\/li>\n          <li>Bring a suitable universal plug adaptor if their plugs are not compatible with Type C or Type F sockets.<\/li>\n          <li>Bring a voltage converter if using devices designed exclusively for a 110\u2013120 volt supply.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"in-item\">\n        <h4>Internet and Connectivity<\/h4>\n        <p>Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the guest rooms and public areas of the Rixos Almaty.<\/p>\n        <p>Information on Wi-Fi access in the Forum
