Policy Dialogue on Capacity Building: Summary of Proceedings

This paper summarizes proceedings of the policy dialogue held by the CAREC Institute Governing Council in Almaty, Kazakhstan on 29 November 2019. The dialogue aimed to highlight the importance of capacity building in the context of the CAREC Program. The CAREC Institute sought guidance on critical areas of regional cooperation. This included advice on engaging national capacity building institutions of CAREC members and other relevant partners in capacity building efforts.
