Deputy Director 1 of CI Spoke at Boao Forum Annual Conference 2019

The Boao forum for Asia’s annual conference 2019 was held in Hainan province, China from march 26th to 29th. The theme of the forum was “common destiny, joint action and common development”. Mr. Liang Ziqian, Deputy Director 1 of CAREC Institute represented CI and delivered a speech at the forum. He stressed that Central Asia faces unique challenges and opportunities. A large amount of funds will be invested in the infrastructure construction in the future. The belt and road initiative will help Central Asian countries to use multiple projects to promote infrastructure connectivity.
