Call for Applications: Recruitment of National Consultant from Turkmenistan--Extended

The CAREC Institute, in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), is seeking a qualified and experienced National Consultant from Turkmenistan to contribute to the research project titled “Addressing Socio-Economic Inequality: Decent Work in CAREC’s Green and Digital Transition” (under ADB TA-6694). This is a unique opportunity to be part of a meaningful research initiative that will help shape policies promoting a more equitable future in the CAREC region.
The research goals are:
- To investigate the level of income inequality in the CAREC region and structural and distributional patterns that cause rise in economic disparity within selected CAREC countries – Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
- To study labor market dynamics and the future of work, including job creation and skills development in green economies, and how these dynamics affect income distribution.
