Call for Applications: Recruitment of International and National Consultants

The CAREC Institute, in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), is pleased to announce an opportunity for qualified individuals to join our distinguished team as we undertake a critical research initiative focused on addressing socio-economic inequality and labor market dynamics within the CAREC region during the green and digital transition.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced International and National Consultants who are committed to promoting inclusive economic growth and improving the quality of work opportunities across the region. This initiative supports our groundbreaking TA-6694 REG project, titled “Addressing Socio-Economic Inequality: Decent Work in CAREC’s Green and Digital Transition.”

The research goals are:

  • To investigate the level of income inequality in the CAREC region and structural and distributional patterns that cause rise in economic disparity within selected CAREC countries – Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
  • To study labor market dynamics and the future of work, including job creation and skills development in green economies, and how these dynamics affect income distribution.
